Return and Exchange

We accept return of most new, unopened items to us within 7 days from received date for a refund or exchange. However, we may request you to send us the postage incurred.

Return and Exchange Process

If the products are damaged during the shipping process, please send us an photo then we will help you move on return or exchange process. In such situation we will cover the shipping fee.
If you want to return an item, please contact our customer service representatives first, then we will record your reference and provide you address which you can send back the parcel to us on original condition.


Please send the parcel back to us with tractable delivery (As we are not responsible for any lost during transit), At same time, when you return package to us, please provide us the tracking number and link, which both of us can track the delivery status. Once we receive the parcel you send back to us, then we will send you out the other new parcel, or as you requested to refund the money back to your account in first instant.
